The Japanese Associaiton in Charlotte was established in 1980. Our members consist of 50 Japanese companies and 50 individual members in both North Carolina and South Carolina. We organize Golf tournament twice in a year and softball tournament in the fall also we have New year's party in January.

The Japanese Language School was established for the children to provide a Japanse education to all who want to extend their Japanese lessons. We have classes on every Saturday. Please click on link on left and visit their website.

We organize events throughout the year and hold activities to build a long lasting friendship with Charlotte citizens. Our biggest event is Bon Odori festival in the summer, it has become Charlotte summer custom.
